Effects of S-Curve Runs and Sprint In-Out Exercise Methods Against The Increase of Speed, in 100 Meters Sprint Observed from Foot Length and Height Ratios

The purpose of this study was to find the effect differences between S-Curve Runs and Sprint In-Out exercise methods against increase speed in 100 meters sprint; different increases sprints for runners with big, medium, small ratios foot length height; interactions height sprint. This research conducted at Chevron Football School Pekanbaru 8 weeks by using experimental method 2 x 3 factorial designs. population contained students school. Purposive Random Sampling utilized as sampling included 42 height, each took 14 samples. ANOVA employed data analysis technique. Prerequisite tests were beforehand sample normality test (Lilliefors Test α = 0.05) homogeneity variance (Bartlett’s 0.05).
